Health experts have figured out how much time you should sit each day

Now get your behind up from the chair and stretch, take a walk, get a glass of water or coffee – just move your muscles and skeleton. Apparently two hours per day are needed to stave off all sorts of maladies like diabetes and heart disease. Sitting is slow death, friends. Avoid it as much as you can – walk!
